Privacy policy
Last updated: 17 October 2026
This policy explains what information LedgerVault collects on this website and during the private beta, why, and the choices you have. LedgerVault is run from Malta. Questions? Email matt@onetwo.global.
What we collect
When you join the beta list, we collect your name and email address. If you choose to give them, we also collect your phone number or Telegram handle, your country and your profession. The website also uses Google Analytics to collect anonymous usage information, such as the pages you visit, your device type and your approximate country.
Why we use it
To send your beta invite and updates about LedgerVault, to understand who the app is for, and to improve the website. We rely on your consent when you submit the form, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the site.
Where it is stored
Beta sign-ups are stored in Google Workspace, and we get a notification on Telegram when someone signs up. This website is hosted by Framer. These providers handle data for us under their own security and data-protection terms. Some of them may process data outside the EU under appropriate safeguards.
Your money data in the app
Inside the LedgerVault app, your financial data is encrypted end to end and only you hold the key. Connections to your accounts are read-only. We never sell, rent or share your data, and we never use it for advertising.
How long we keep it
We keep your beta sign-up details until the beta ends or until you ask us to delete them, whichever comes first.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your information, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing matt@onetwo.global. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to Malta's Information and Data Protection Commissioner (IDPC).
Cookies
We use analytics cookies only to understand how the website is used. You can block or delete them in your browser settings at any time.
Changes
If we update this policy, we will change the date at the top of this page.
